One Million Lives campaign

One in five of us will struggle with a mental health challenge at some point in our lives.

Understanding your mental health earlier can make all the difference.

Take five minutes, then pass it on to five others. Help us reduce the stigma.

Start a conversation. And quite possibly, change a life.
